By using lst.so, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
lst.so is a task and issue tracking application that supports AI agent integrations via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We provide a web interface, an API, and an MCP server for managing tasks.
You need an account to use lst.so. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key secure. One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
You may connect AI agents to your account via MCP using your API key. You are responsible for any actions taken by agents operating under your credentials. You can revoke agent access at any time by regenerating your API key in Settings.
lst.so offers a paid subscription at $9/month. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email help@lst.so.
You own your content. We do not claim any rights to the tasks, notes, or other data you create. We store it solely to provide the service. You can delete your data at any time.
Don't use lst.so to:
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We'll give notice when possible.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
lst.so is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
